How we protect your data and handle your information.
GovConToday uses the information in your workspace to personalize recommendations, summaries, and workflow support for your team. Your data is used to make your account more useful — improving opportunity matching, pursuit analysis, compliance support, and relationship context. We do not use your workspace data to train public AI models. Your company data remains isolated to your account and is used only to power your experience.
Account access is secured with email and password authentication, powered by Supabase Auth. All sessions are encrypted and managed with industry-standard security tokens.
Your data is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted on Supabase’s managed infrastructure (AWS). All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
All connections to GovConToday use TLS (HTTPS) encryption. No data is transmitted in plain text.
We enforce row-level security policies at the database level. Users can only access their own profile, pipeline, and saved opportunities. There are no shared data leaks.
Billing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store, process, or have access to your credit card numbers.
Our AI features (bid analysis, fit scoring, Q&A, proposal outlines) use Llama 3.1 via Groq. Only public solicitation text from SAM.gov is sent for analysis. No personal user data is sent to AI providers. AI outputs are generated per-request.
Contract opportunity data is sourced from SAM.gov, a public federal government database. We refresh this data daily to keep search results current.
Your account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed.
We do not sell, share, or provide your data to third parties. Your business information stays between you and GovConToday.
