FCI Oxford Install Water Softener

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) and the Federal Correctional Institution Oxford located at 350 Elk Avenue, Oxford, Wisconsin, intend to make a single award to a responsible entity that will provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals to remove existing water softeners and install a new centralized water softener for the entire Institution.
